L & L ELECTRICAL SERVICES and GEN. MERCHANDIZING sees the importance of “QUALITY CHECK” after testing/repair is done to avoid guesswork.   • Identify qualified electrical contractors and engineers and maintain list of areas of their expertise and geographical limits

  • Review design documents to ensure conformance with contract expectations, noting and resolving issues or conflicts that could impact installation or other trades involved with project

  • Review system studies performed by engineer of record, ensuring conformance with contract documents

  • Identify and ensure implementation of best practices and low cost alternatives, ensuring all clients are kept informed of issues affecting their project(s)

  • Develop standard bid package bid form for collection system, substations, and interconnect

  • Interface with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule

  • Work with Project Manager(s) to budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables, and general working environment

  • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability

  • Support the creation, review and update project schedule and 3 week look ahead scheduling

  • Coordinate plans and specifications with engineers, identifying and clarifying any discrepancies

  • Develop and implement site utilization plan and establish crew sizes

  • Select form-work systems and equipment

  • Conduct effective pre-construction planning sessions and project site meetings

 Will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

  • Define, identify and lead Project Team. 

  • Coordinate the Project Team, (field supervision, Division resources and Support Department staff).

Works as a team leader to develop formal procedures for Proactive Maintenance Techniques for corrective preventive and predictive maintenance. Techniques will include vibration analysis infrared thermography (IR) ultrasound oil analysis equipment alignment and proper equipment rebuild, installation, and commissioning.
